Tia + Jane are a dynamic real estate duo for buyers and sellers seeking an expert team that fearlessly negotiates contracts and generates results while also bringing the wow factor to home staging and presentation. We’re focused on doing what’s right for our clients and the community we love.
Our story began in 2012. Tia Perez and Jane Axt joined creative forces as Tia + Jane to find a better way to sell homes. Today, we’re among just three percent of REALTORS® nationwide to have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. We’re also Certified Negotiation Experts, which means we make your hard-earned money work just as hard for you when advocating on your behalf.
What sets us apart? Staging and presentation. Our homes are staged and professionally photographed to showcase their character and make the buyer—maybe even the seller—fall in love with the newly transformed space. Best of all, our clients never pay a dime or lift a finger for these added touches.
