Job Title: Possibly the Coolest Title Processor Ever

We’re a national real estate title company with our primary South Florida offices in Coral Springs and Boca Raton, and yeah—we might just be one of the coolest places to work ever. We’re on the hunt for a highly experienced Title Processor with at least 7 years of experience (bilingual is a plus!) who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced, team-driven environment and get stuff done.
Let’s be real:
💸 Starting pay is likely around $30/hour, with room to grow. If you are seeking a job at the top of the food chain, then this may no longer be the coolest job ever, however, this is a full-time salaried position with the whole book of corporate benefits including 401(k), insurance options, paid vacations, sick days and holidays. You know, all the good stuff.
👀 We need someone local, your primary home base will be our Coral Springs office, but you will also work out of our Boca office when needed. This role is in-office, not remote and you need to be cool with that and cool with traveling to either office location, when the need arrives, and if not, then no need to apply, we're sure you are still a super cool person.
Now the fun stuff:
We aren’t big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first go around. You will experience things, do things, and make decisions on things that most big stuffy companies would never allow you to do. We want you to grow, learn and expand your capabilities and create a culture where you can do that.
🎯 You’ll be responsible for the meat and potatoes of the file. Most of the time you will take over the file after it’s been opened and will hand it off after it has been signed at closing. Post closing and funding are no longer your concerns, but pretty much everything else in between reviewing commitments, lien searches and Estoppels, clearing title, getting payoffs, coordinating with all parties and working with lenders, prepping closing docs, and making sure the magic happens on time for closing day, this will be where your star shines the brightest each and every day.
🧠 You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done. Every day, you will bang out a list of stuff. Fun stuff. Important stuff. Necessary stuff. You should love checklists, deadlines, and solving problems before they happen. Because if you've already been in title for 7 years, you already know that if you look away for just a minute, problems can happen, and client's don't want to hear about problems, they want solutions.
📞 You’ll be communicating A LOT, whether it is on the phone or responding to the daily barrage of emails - so you need to be sharp, social, have a good phone voice and be super organized.
🎉 You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people. You know, you need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good, by ensuring a high quality customer and agent experience throughout the entire real estate closing process.
