For those of you going through a divorce with children and worried about losing time with your children, I understand. In Court, the presumption is 50/50 timesharing. I share this piece of wisdom with my clients: while you might only obtain 50% of the time, I know you can still make 100% impact. I know personally because I lost my dear Mom at 23. However, because of her love, lessons and quality time she gave me, she has had 100% impact. Is it easy? No. Is it possible? Absolutely.
