Personal Public Service Announcement: I got Ting for my home about a year ago and recently I was notified of the possibility of arcing. We did all the troubleshooting and they said to contact the electric company because it was probably something happening from their equipment. The electric company came out quickly and replaced equipment and everything is working well again.
