The owners of a Florida apartment complex, Fairfield Cedar Grove LP and FF Properties LP, are being sued by three families for shootings that happened at Cedar Grove Apartments. The families allege that there were inadequate security measures in place, which resulted in the death of 2 of the 3 victims and injury to the third.
