Last Tuesday we gathered to celebrate the completion of Dade Legal Aid’s Leadership Academy Class VIII, and each of us received an award marking the year we spent learning and serving together. I am grateful to Dade Legal Aid, Karen Ladis, and Stephanie Grossman for selecting me to be part of this class. It was an honor to stand among colleagues who lead with heart and compassion.

In a field where we face tough subjects every day, staying connected to our communities matters. It grounds us. It reminds us why we show up. Thank you for creating the space to make those connections.

To my fellow members of Class VIII, thank you for the inspiration, the encouragement, and the shared purpose that carried us from day one. I look forward to seeing each of you continue to shine in your own way.

I am incredibly honored to share that I have been selected as a fellow for Class VIII of the Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy! This opportunity is both humbling and exciting, as I join a group of talented and dedicated legal professionals committed to making a positive impact in our community.

As the founding attorney of The Hache Law Firm, P.A., I’ve always believed in the power of leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning to better serve our clients and advance the legal profession. This Leadership Academy is a fantastic platform to further develop these skills and build meaningful connections with other leaders in our field.
