Can’t believe I’ve been coming to Key Biscayne for so long yet I’ve never seen this hidden gem of a spot. Next time you’re visiting the area drive all the way down. There’s a beach, tons of hiking trails and an amazing view to watch the sunset.

Some exciting news going down in Downtown Miami! On November 8th the Citizens Culinary Center at MiamiCentral is set to open along with the grand opening with the restart of Brightline train service to MiamiCentral. Read along to hear about the new brands and more!

"The first brands that will be opening at the 26,000 square foot Citizens MiamiCentral in November include:

EllaMia, Cindy Lou’s Cookies, Umami Burger, Sam’s Crispy Chicken, Cicci di Carne, KUENKO and Patagonia, which were in the original food hall at MiamiCentral, will also be reopening in November. Additional brands will also be opening in December.

Also coming eventually: ghost kitchens that will power C3 by sbe’s deliver service. The brands will eventually include Soom Soom Fresh Mediterranean, In a Bun, The Other Side, and Radical Rooster.

Brightline expects millions of passengers will pass through MiamiCentral annually. There are also offices and over 800 apartments, with thousands more planned. A Tri-Rail station is expected to open in 2022." (The Next Miami)

The market is still hot and inventory is low...

According to Realtor.com "The national inventory of active listings declined by 22.2% over last year, while the total inventory of unsold homes, including pending listings, declined by 12.6%. The inventory of active listings is down 52.5% compared to 2019.

Newly listed homes are down 3.9% nationally compared to a year ago, and down 3.4% for large metros over the past year. Sellers are still listing at rates 12.6% lower than typical 2017 to 2019 levels.

The September national median listing price for active listings was $380,000, up 8.6% compared to last year and up 20.6% compared to 2019. In large metros, median listing prices grew by 4.1% compared to last year, on average.

Nationally, the typical home spent 43 days on the market in September, down 11 days from the same time last year and down 23 days from 2019."
