Finally had a moment to snap a photo, so I can officially introduce you to Jacob Misenhimer, the newest attorney in our office!

Jacob is an Overton County native who has made his way back home to Middle Tennessee after working as a public defender in South Carolina. He and his family returned to be closer to home as they prepare for an exciting new chapter—they have their first baby on the way!

Jacob has already hit the ground running and is helping clients in White County today.
He is especially looking forward to serving clients in estate planning, probate, criminal defense, conservatorships, business transactions, contracts, and general civil litigation all over the Upper Cumberland.

I brought Jacob onto the team because he is incredibly bright and exceptionally thorough. He is the kind of lawyer who genuinely enjoys digging into complicated legal issues, studying the details, and finding arguments or solutions that others might overlook.

We are excited to have him back home in Middle Tennessee and even more excited to see the good work he will do for our clients and communities.
