We’re wrapping up the month of January 2026 with three dismissals in criminal cases, two expungements and one restriction from criminal history records, as well as a civil judgment in full amount in our client’s favor on a contract case. The article contains some quotes that I am not sure are from me but they contain valid information nonetheless. I think there were multiple guests speaking on the topic theoughout the month of August as it is Child Support Awareness Month so some of the information may have come from another source.

The takeaway is that I encourage cooperative co-parenting. I believe that children need both parents actively involved in their lives in a healthy way. Parents do not have to be a couple to be good parents. Set aside your differences, do some self-work on hurt feelings for the sake of your child’s welfare and what is in the child’s best interest.
