Faulkner County offices are closed today and so are we! Stay in touch with your attorney if you were supposed to have court today or tomorrow. No news on tomorrow yet, but with temperatures not getting above freezing until tomorrow afternoon, Court will likely be canceled tomorrow as well!

To say it has been a crazy year is an understatement! We appreciate your patience in resolving your legal matters due to the backlog of cases and the delay getting into Court caused by the Covid pandemic. With that being said, we have been so busy focusing on our clients that we didn't have time to send out our normal Christmas cards! Nonetheless, Happy Holidays to all of our clients!

Our office will be closing at noon this Tuesday for the Fair Parade.

The following map is the route for the Faulkner County Fair Parade. It will take place on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 5 p.m. Officers will have sections of downtown Conway blocked off for the event beginning at 4:15 p.m. Caldwell St. and Locust St. will be partially blocked beginning at 1 p.m. near the Conway Fire Station to help prepare for the event. The red lines on the map represent barricades where streets will be closed to vehicular traffic. We hope to have the streets fully functional by 6:30 p.m. Let’s all have fun and stay safe!
