Reid Midgett - Paralegal

Reid Midgett joined Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in September 2025. Prior to coming aboard, Reid worked for another law firm in for 2 years and worked for DFPS as a case supervisor and investigator for 6 years.

Reid is the resident grammar guru & can solve any “user error” we experience with our technology systems. He also provides support by drafting pleadings, facilitating client intake, and ensuring no tiny details are overlooked.

Reid is married to Blaire & is the proud dad of 3 boys. In his spare time, he enjoys reading science fiction books and smoking meat in his backyard.

William D. Bloodworth, II - Founder & Principal Attorney

Attorney Bloodworth has been licensed to practice law since 1992. He is proud to be one of less than 1% of Texas Lawyers who are Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Bloodworth’s favorite place to be (aside from traveling the World) is in the courtroom.

He is the very proud father of three adult daughters and has been re-married to his gorgeous wife, Deanna since 1992. Together with his wife, Attorney Bloodworth started a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Love Thy Neighbor International, which focuses on provifing clean water, school facilities, teacher housing, and church facilities and equipment to the Masai people in Tanzania.

Rachel E. Barron, Managing Attorney

Rachel Barron started working at Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in 2012 as a secretary. She fell in love with the fulfilling nature of the work and quickly made plans to finish her education and become an attorney.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Governors University, a Master of Arts from Regent University, and a Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law. She was licensed to practice law in Texas in April 2021. In 2025 she was selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star. She has received numerous other awards and recognitions for her exceptional client service.

After a short stent owning her own firm, she returned “home” to Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C. & realized just how much she missed working here.

Rachel is honored to be married to her husband, John since 2011. Together, they have 3 children, 3 cats, and a dog on their “little slice of heaven” in rural East Texas. Rachel is also proud to be our founding attorney, William D. Bloodworth, II’s oldest daughter.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys family game nights & copious amounts of reading!

Blaire Midgett - TBLS Board Certified Paralegal, Family Law

Blaire began working for Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in 2017 as a legal secretary. She quickly rose through the ranks after demonstrating her incredible problem-solving and client service skills. After a brief hiatus working for another law firm, Blaire returned to our office in September 2025, and we are so glad she did!

Blaire is among less than 250 paralegals in Texas who are Board Certified as a Paralegal in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In her current role, Blaire assists our attorneys in managing their dockets, drafting pleadings & orders, and provides informational calls to potential clients.

Blaire is married to Reid and is a proud mom and bonus mom to 3 boys. In her spare time, she enjoys reading (a lot!)

N. Tina Markham - Of Counsel

Tina began working at Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in October of 2014. Tina holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree from Sam Houston State University in Criminal Justice and Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.

She was licensed to practice law in Texas in April 2021. In 2025 she was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer’s Rising Star. Prior to joining Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C., Tina was employed with a non-profit organization, handling administrative and customer service responsibilities.

Attorney Markham enjoys working with families to prepare their estate plans and navigate guardianships and probate proceedings. She is the proud wife of a law enforcement officer and an amazing mom of 2.
