My name is Clotilde Eaker, and I was a teacher for 40 years. I retired and started a mediation business 3 years ago. Currently, I am the owner and founder of Eaker Mediation Enterprise, and I want to offer a gift to your school district. Because I have had decades of experience with the dynamics of the school system, I am aware of the problems that exist in education today, and I want to help in the area of teacher and student interpersonal relationships,
Mediation is a way to settle legal conflicts while avoiding lawyers, courts, and judges. It is faster and cheaper than using the courts. It is not a cure-all but another tool in the arsenal for educators, administrators, and parents to have at their disposal. This is a service that Eaker Mediation Enterprise will offer to your school district free. Let me repeat there is no cost and no obligation. Additionally, with my gift to you is the teacher -pupil aspect. If any teacher would like to mediate between, a student, another teacher, a parent, or administrator, that is another service that I am offering for free with no costs, no hidden fees, and nothing you must pay.
I am a credentialed r mediator who has recently added truancy and bullying certification to my credentials. I am offering to come to your school one day a week absolutely free, no cost, no obligation, no hidden fees to mediate bullying, truancy, teacher-student, teacher-teacher, teacher-parent, student-student, and teacher-administrator to any school district that is interested. I will keep accurate records until the end of the school year. At that time, I will report my statistics to the principal.
