I am Debra Lavezzari, a Real Estate Professional. Acquisitions are my favorite, however, I also perform Asset Management and I own an Airbnb. In addition to my real estate endeavors, I work a W2 job as a Senior Network Engineer/Security Engineer. I have a diverse educational background, including training in Real Estate, Multifamily, AI, and a bachelor's degree in computer science with a double in management information Systems (MIS). As an entrepreneur, I am deeply involved in the world of real estate, particularly in multifamily properties.
My personal interests include multifamily real estate and income-generating real estate. I cherish my family, friends, and enjoy spending time outdoors. music, creativity, and a zest for life. All of these are central to my identity, along with maintaining a sense of humor and a commitment to health and happiness.
My preferred communication style is detailed and professional, and I appreciate direct and straightforward questions. I am open to novel ideas and divergent thinking. Expecting a high level of critical thinking in responses, including analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. When solving problems, I appreciate both holistic overviews and detailed breakdowns. My primary audience for information and advice are investors and all folks with knowledge and experiences within their worlds of expertise. Mostly, I still enjoy and find it beneficial for face to face communication.
