I always tell my clients: What’s meant to be, will be. ❤️ (so clichè… I know - but TRUE!)

In all my years doing this, I honestly can’t remember clients looking back at the homes they missed, once they finally found the one that was meant for them.
And THIS is such a perfect example!🙌🏼

I have clients relocating back to the area to be closer to family. Twice during their search, I thought this family from New York had found their dream home. And twice, after some pretty crazy turns of events, things just didn’t work out.

In a multiple offer situation, their offer was accepted with a home-sale contingency AND we were able to negotiate a use & occupancy before closing - which means they can get settled in New Hampshire while their NY home sale finishes up, and most importantly, their kiddos can start the school year here without having to switch schools a few weeks later.

Just another weekend in real estate… 😂🏡🚗
20+ hours of driving in 3 days, checking on inspection repair items, showing waterfront properties all over NH 🌊, touring with relocation clients from NY, and finishing it off with an inspection in Westford.🙃
If I’m slow getting back to you on a weekend, there’s a good chance I’m in a NH dead zone 📵, back-to-back with clients, driving to the next town, or making a highly strategic McDonald’s bathroom stop so I’m not late. 😂
But honestly… I LOVE it.🥰
I get to see beautiful places, incredible homes and neighborhoods, meet amazing people, and help families figure out where their next chapter begins.
And I get to do a whole lot of it with my favorite sidekick - my Mom. 💗
Is it exhausting?
