Last week Sara got to meet Liberty, the Concord Police Department Comfort Dog, at the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce monthly forum: A Connected Crisis - Addressing the Issues of Homelessness, Mental Health, Substance Misuse and Public Safety. Thank you to the Chamber, and panelists, for addressing such an important topic in our community and in our state.
