The real estate world loves a worst case scenario.
Rates might go up. Inventory might stay tight. The market might shift.

All true.

But there is another side people forget to picture.

What if the right house comes along?
What if the numbers work better than expected?
What if six months from now you’re sitting on your own porch in Concord, coffee in hand, watching the seasons change?

Sometimes the best move is to give the best case scenario the same airtime as the scary one.

Homes are still changing hands. Life is still moving forward. And around here that might look like a walk at White Park, dinner downtown at Angelina’s or a quiet street where the neighbors know each other.

Imagine the risks, sure.
