Some properties simply offer more. More privacy. More land. More character. More ways to enjoy home.

Set on 9 private acres and bordered by 160 acres of conservation land, this exceptional custom Colonial feels like a private retreat while remaining just minutes from Concord, Bow’s highly regarded schools, and commuter routes.

Inside, timeless craftsmanship meets warm, sophisticated living—from the gracious foyer and library with custom bookshelves to the stunning great room with cathedral ceilings and soapstone wood stove. The beautifully appointed kitchen features granite countertops, custom solid-wood cabinetry, a six-burner Wolf range, double ovens and a walk-in pantry.

And then there’s the outdoor experience… 🌿
A heated gunite saltwater pool and spa, landscaped gardens, mature plantings, Japanese maples, a hardscaped patio—and a separate pool house with its own kitchen, bath, living space, loft, three-season porch and full basement.

With trails through the surrounding woods leading to a hidden pond, plus a finished lower level featuring a home theater, game room, hobby room/recording studio and more, this is a property designed for living, gathering, creating and escaping.

Last week, a fox ran across the backyard at my listing. Today, this cutie gave us a little show in Bow during a photo shoot. So grateful to live in such proximity to wild life. It never gets old! New Hampshire rocks!

Close your eyes for a second.

You’re standing in your kitchen. Coffee in hand. Sunlight on the counter. This is your home.

And the craziest part? It didn’t happen by accident. It happened because you made the call, we built the plan and we followed it through.

That’s it. That’s the whole secret.

If you’re ready to stop imagining and start planning, send me a DM and let’s talk about what your version of this looks like. šŸ”

Not every great home finds its buyer on day one. Sometimes the market needs a nudge 😊

This one just got one.
We’ve dropped the price by $20,000 on one of Auburn’s most beautifully updated homes and we’re not going to pretend that isn’t a big deal, because it is.

Cathedral ceilings. Hardwood floors. A kitchen that stops people in their tracks. En-suite primary bedroom. A backyard made for summer evenings.

Turnkey, tastefully done and freshly priced.

Sun on the patio. Glasses clinking. Laughter. The easy kind of evening that reminds you why outdoor space matters.

Here’s the thing about real estate: if you start the process now, the timing can line up just right. New home, warm evenings and the girls gathered around your patio table before the summer slips by.

Homes are not just walls and roofs. They are where life happens. Even the simple moments like cocktails outside on a Tuesday.

Thinking about making a move this year? Start sooner than later. Summer has a way of sneaking up on us.

The real estate world loves a worst case scenario.
Rates might go up. Inventory might stay tight. The market might shift.

All true.

But there is another side people forget to picture.

What if the right house comes along?
What if the numbers work better than expected?
What if six months from now you’re sitting on your own porch in Concord, coffee in hand, watching the seasons change?

Sometimes the best move is to give the best case scenario the same airtime as the scary one.

Homes are still changing hands. Life is still moving forward. And around here that might look like a walk at White Park, dinner downtown at Angelina’s or a quiet street where the neighbors know each other.

Imagine the risks, sure.
Just don’t forget to imagine the possibilities too.
