Interesting.

Home prices are still rising but not everywhere the same.

In Q1 2026, the median single-family home price in NH increased 3.9% statewide compared to Q1 2025. But the story varies by county:

Prices declined in Coös, Sullivan & Hillsborough
Prices rose well above average in Carroll, Cheshire & Grafton.

Rockingham County median sales price of $650,000 remained unchanged.

Market trends also shifted town to town.

In our market, inventory remains low. Until this improves, I think we will continue to see buyers waiving inspections and offering appraisal gap coverage.

January's cold weather opens new doors for first-time home buyers, as affordability improves and opportunities arise in the housing market.
