An agent since 2015, Ricky works with a wide range of clients, from investors and home buyers to family, friends, and past clients. Real estate has almost always been a part of his life, beginning with helping his parents maintain their residential and commercial properties when he was younger. And his past jobs have been conducive to his success in the industry: He’s held maintenance jobs; dealt with tenants, lenders, and city officials; and worked in marketing, advertising, and finance. Ricky’s hobbies are just as diverse as his background, which include new technology, sports, coin collecting, and cinema. He currently serves as a board member for NAHREP East Bay.

California home sales bounced back in August, but buyers are still watching their budgets closely. 🏡

Only 33.2% of homes sold above asking price, and homes spent a median of 28 days on the market. Inventory remains tighter than last year, while mortgage payments have started climbing again.

For buyers, this may mean more room to negotiate on the right home. For sellers, pricing and presentation matter more than ever.
