Key Features & Elements

Access Risers: Vertical structures extending to the surface that allow for easy inspection and pumping of the tank without extensive digging.

Inlet: The entry point where wastewater from the home’s plumbing enters the primary compartment.

Baffles: Specialized T-shaped pipes located at the inlet and outlet. They prevent incoming water from disturbing the scum layer and ensure that only the middle effluent layer moves through the system.

Internal Compartments: The tank is divided by a wall to slow down the flow of water, providing more time for solids to settle in the first chamber before the liquid moves to the second.

Scum & Sludge Layers: These represent the waste separation process. The top Scum consists of lighter materials, while the bottom Sludge consists of heavier organic and inorganic matter.
