I want to thank the team at Connect Real Estate Brad DeHays and Robert Lamb for inviting me to work out of the Municipal Light Plant office for the past couple of weeks (Winner of Columbus Landmarks Reechie Award for design). It would be an understatement to say it was not only timely but impactful.
This high-level real estate team is working on the most exciting and celebrated projects in our city and it was inspiring to witness. They are responsible for, not only MLP, but also the micro-living building, Historic Long St mixed-use, Long St Parking garage, car washes, Trolley District/East Market, the upcoming Civic Building, and the Connect Housing Blocks project in a 600k sf facility in north Columbus. Next year Connect will begin to manufacture modular pods to build apartment buildings.
I truly appreciate the opportunity to sit at the same table and gain exposure to the most complex projects in development and will be an experience I'll build on for years. Thank you!!
