My name is April Clark, MBA, RN, founder of CAREADVOCATES LLC.
CAREADVOCATES LLC was created to provide advocacy, healthcare navigation, education, care coordination, life care planning, legal nurse consulting, and support services for individuals, families, seniors, caregivers, and persons with disabilities.
Many individuals seeking assistance are facing complex healthcare, disability, insurance, housing, and community resource challenges. Unfortunately, many cannot afford professional advocacy services when they need them most.
To help bridge that gap, we are building a Community Advocacy Fund to assist vulnerable populations and provide reduced-cost services when funding is available.

All services begin with a telephone consultation and assessment to determine needs, eligibility, service recommendations, and the appropriate advocacy plan.

PAYMENT POLICY
• Payment is due in advance of services.
• No work will commence until payment is received.
• All fees are earned upon receipt.
• No refunds will be issued for completed consultations, assessments, research, record review, care planning, advocacy preparation, or administrative time.
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to fees.
