Today was a big one!

My first-time buyers officially closed on their home. There is nothing quite like watching someone get the keys to a place that’s finally theirs.

During the process, the husband told me he liked working with me because I “get things done.” Gotta be honest, that meant a lot.

Buying your first home can feel overwhelming. My job is to remove the noise, solve the problems, and keep everything moving forward so you can focus on the excitement.

I’m grateful for the trust, and I’m proud of this family. On to the next chapter!

Ten years.

Ten years of renting.
Ten years of watching the market.
Ten years of driving through that subdivision and saying, “One day…”

Well… today was that day. 🏡

Getting to hand the keys to a longtime friend and his wife after a decade of waiting, hoping, and working toward this moment is something I don’t take lightly. Not only did Cedric Allen Gaines and Katie Gaines buy a home for their family to finally call their own — they landed their dream home in the exact neighborhood they’ve always wanted.

That doesn’t happen by accident. It takes patience, timing, strategy, and a whole lot of faith.

I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to walk through this journey with them. Watching friends become homeowners hits different. This one means a lot.

Big shout out to True Line Title and Guild Mortgage Company for helping make this process smooth and predictable.

Closed and keys in hand 🔑

This one was special. Out of town parents trusting me to help find the right home for their daughter while she’s in school, from miles away. That takes a lot of faith, clear communication, and teamwork, and I don’t take that lightly.
