My work representing victims of misleading insurance strategies was recently featured in this insurance trade magazine. Retirees and soon-to-be retirees continue to be misled into investing their hard-earned retirement savings into these indexed universal life (IUL) products, which are represented as a tax-free retirement income strategy. They are set up for failure. My clients often come to me once they have lost their entire life savings. We fight to get it back and will continue to do so.

A growing group of consuner advocates say that IUL is a poor choice for retirement plans. One such attorney is engaged in lawsuits across several states.

Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
Coordinating internal events
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the reception area
Assisting paralegals with special projects and other admin help
Familiar with Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel
