SMTAR is a member service organization for real estate professionals in our local area of Southern Middle Tennessee. Our main goals are to provide information to our members that is pertinent to their day-to-day business transactions, as well as to provide products and services such as the Sentrilock electronic lockbox and the Multiple Listing Service. We also act, in conjunction with our state an

d national associations, as a voice for our members when legislative issues arise that may affect the real estate industry. Members of the general public can benefit from the information we provide, as well. We have a great network of lenders, appraisers, title companies, home inspectors and other companies that may benefit you in your real estate transaction.
