SC MEANS OF EX*****ON HELD UNCONSTITUTIONAL: As many of you may know, my firm has been involved with the litigation challenging the constitutionality of South Carolina's Death Penalty statute, which makes electrocution and the firing squad the available means of ex*****on. Regardless it is a great win and a good example of the state constitution providing greater protection than their federal counterpart.
