Good reminders in this list. Children whose parents take these rules to heart are going to have an easier time with their parents’ divorce.

MFL comment: In Missouri, it is not necessarily true that an infant stays with the mother more often, and the law certainly does not require that. Further, just because one parent did certain parenting tasks or always made decisions when the marriage was intact does not mean that arrangement should continue automatically post-separation.
