This one was interesting! My buyers were first time home buyers and let me tell you, they had the full buying experience! The evening before closing was the same night the bad storms came through! This is why it’s very important to do a final walk through, in this case we did 2! And I’m glad we did, the home had some minor damage. The sellers were fantastic to handle this promptly! The buyers stayed calm and accepting to Mother Natures little twist she decided to do! Casey at Listerhill Credit union carried us through smooth and easy!!
