Remember that recent video where the seller gave me a Stanley Cup for free and I vowed to sell that house? Well, here’s the exciting next chapter in that story!

I've been working with some amazing clients, Rachel and Adam, who are relocating from North Carolina to our beloved Columbia. They were in search of the perfect home - something a bit more spacious than the usual 3-bed, 2-bath but still within their budget and with enough room for not just one, but two home offices.
