"Mankind should always strive for a love for all others that can be described as detached goodwill and grace. Certainly there are those within your life to whom you will have greater bonds of affection and affinity than to those whom you have never met, and this is true wherever you go within any of the universes of my realms, for Souls do, over time, develop stronger connections with those with whom they often do come in contact and proceed along the path. And so, the intensity and closeness and nature of the love and affection that is born between two Souls, such as these, may differ in character and essence than between two who have never met, yet to each, even unto the strangers, a love of detached goodwill and compassion should be given to aid them on the path and grant them the grace and freedom to proceed unimpeded along the way that they have chosen for their own journey on the road. The Feminine Power
Holy Father, show me your tender way.
Show me the grace of a mother’s soothing touch.
We are all born from the womb of a woman.
There would be no life without the
Feminine Fire that burns within all hearts.
Holy Father, show me how to nurture myself and others.
Show me how to be soft and kind while
Standing strong for what is right and fair.
Father, let me listen before I fight.
Show me the other side of the coin
To keep my actions in balance
Holy Father, take away my ego so that my soul can shine
Free to do what must be done in your name.
Show me how to care more and covet less.
Show me the power of sharing over greed,
Of seeing the Light in my sister’s eyes
Over closing myself from her heart.
Holy Father, show me how to give birth to ideas
And feed the souls of everyone and not only the privileged few.
Show me how to work with the masculine energy
And keep the Feminine Fires burning in my soul.
Show me that I am both Light and Dark,

The way out of the endless loop of inner turmoil is not to invalidate the human heart and its sufferings, but to overcome it with a new perspective on things. I like to use the imagery of standing on the mountain top and looking down at one's life. There is no need to imagine struggling to get there. Just be there, at the top of the mountain of your life and look down from the higher vantage point of yourself as Spirit. Not human you, but Spiritual You. Do this every time you feel stuck in an emotion that makes you feel sad, angry, frustrated, bitter, resentful, etc. Simply visualize standing on your mountain peak and breathe in the fresh air and feel the sun on your face. Then look down at your human life and see it for what it is; a means to an end. It is only a journey you are taking, it is not the destination. And do not berate yourself for feeling badly; just go to that higher place within and know that there is nothing you cannot be, say, feel, or do in the presence of Father that is not understood and accepted. The immense Love and Mercy of God will not judge you or turn Its back on you. Nothing you do or feel or express will cause the Arms of Love to close to you; you are always embraced by Divine Love and Compassion. So go to your mountain, dear friend, and you will find the solace and acceptance you seek and so richly deserve. Amen.

A spiritual exercise that will keep the God seeker in touch with God's will moment by moment

1. Hold something in your hand that is of spiritual significance to you; like a rosary, a book, a photo, a piece of jewelry or amulet ~ something that makes you feel God's connection to you and your connection to God. Simply let it rest in your hands and feel its weight and substance.

2. Admire its beauty and relevance to you. Then say aloud, "Father, let Thy will be done. Show me the way and allow me to be your humble servant."

3. Then go about your daily routine and follow the Inner guidance that speaks softly to your heart. Know that your Father in Heaven is watching and guiding your activities in the highest ways possible.

Opening Your Heart to God

Perhaps the simplest of exercises is to sing one of the names for God. Take some time to relax, fill your heart with love, then put your attention on your heart area. Next, sing inwardly or outwardly your favorite name for God or another spiritually charged word. In The Way of Truth, our fundamental song is the HU song, pronounced like the name Hugh. You may have heard it pronounced like "who" in the Sufi tradition. What matters most is the love you have in your heart, regardless of your chosen word. Continue your song for 15-20 minutes a day.

If you like, after you have been in contemplation and nearing the end, ask simply, "Show me Love" and then just be still until you feel it is time to stop.
