Time blocking is the process of breaking your day into slots and working only on a specific activity in one block. When it comes to time management time blocking can be a game changer. But getting comfortable in a time blocking routine? That can be challenging it was for me and I almost gave up here some simple things I did to make it work for me:

1. Start with small time blocks, easing into things was much more palatable than trying to overhaul my entire calendar.

2. Determining priorities was much easier when I thought about what activities would get me to my end goal. What will move the needle forward today? Anything that doesn’t move the needle forward is left in the ad hoc column.

3. Using partial time blocking methods helped to relieve the stress I felt when trying to time block every hour of my day and then the additional stress I felt when ANYTHING didn’t go according to plan.

4. Making a list of long-term goals that I really cared about helped me with identifying priorities and separating them from distractions

5. A business that does not take inventory, will fail in the same applies to your time blocking plan. Making time blocking work, requires, repeating, assessing and adjusting. Find what works for you.

Taking nightly inventory is a game changer 💪🏾 If you wanna talk about what separates the boys from the men, and the girls from the women, then let’s talk about the inside work. The self-awareness. The healthy mindset work 🧠 YAASS! Let’s do this!

This is work between you-and-you so do it if and when it works for ya, but trust me. It will change you.

Suggested questions and what I ask myself:

Was I resentful today?

Was I angry or fearful?

What went well today?

Did I pray and meditate?

Am I keeping any secrets?

What am I grateful for today?

🎬 Robert De Niro’s $500M Inheritance Drama—Here’s What You Need to Know!

Robert De Niro has 7 kids from 4 different relationships, but his youngest, 22-month-old Gia, is at the center of a big inheritance debate. 💰👶

At 81 years old, De Niro wants to make sure Gia is taken care of, since he may not be around when she grows up. ALLEGEDLY, his older children (ages 13–56) aren’t happy with how the money is being split.

So, what’s the lesson here? Estate planning is a MUST, especially in blended families. Without a clear plan:
❌ Your kids could fight over your money
❌ Some children might get left out
❌ The court could decide who gets what instead of you

This is why a will alone isn’t enough! You need a solid estate plan to make sure your wishes are followed. Don’t leave your loved ones in chaos—plan ahead!
