The results are: Seat 1 - Eugene Hennelly will replace the incumbent Commissioner Carolyn L. "Carolee" Williams. Seat 3 - Commissioner Stephen "Mike" Caston has been reelected. Seat 5 - Swain E. Whitfield will replace the incumbent Commissioner Headen B. Thomas. Seat 7 - Chairman Delton W. Powers, Jr. has been reelected.
