March 2019 we were working on the renovation of a 175 year old southern farmhouse in St Matthews, Murph Mill. A niece?, recent Arch grad was in Waco visiting Magnolia Farms so we contacted the Gainses about doing a cameo appearance and show as a bit of a diversion to their efforts. I thought it was going well but, out of the blue, they shut down their show that month, ending our plans. The restart
this year is not open to inquiry relative to being on their network. It is our opinion that Charleston, SC is an infinitely more target rich environment for restorations, especially of the historic nature than is Waco Texas. Charleston is a gold mine of history and architecture and we are proud of that. I think we should find a way to show it off. We were going to attempt to find a personable photogenic couple or pair to be the face. We'll try to convince ETV that this is a worthwhile effort, the College of Charleston is favorable because they have a historical renovation degree program all we lack is a bit of financial support and a face. It was our intention to be the contractor/designer since it’s been our business for 50yrs. However, In retrospect it seems better to showcase other exceptional builders & projects. Until we find a network & personality we’ll have to do this on Instagram Reels. Technically the Weston Plantation house in 05 was our 1st flip. We have lots of experience & have proven we can build anything. If you have a property that needs attention, love, & creativity, we can get it going. Want to sell it or flip, we have the juice. It needs to be fun just like DIY TV. I've never found it difficult to have fun. Carolina is the place, it’s a slam dunk everyone can take pride in our architectural portfolio. Ideas:
* Are you ready to sell, upgrade, downsize or invest? Or, are you, like most people, simply curious to know more? As your Realtor I will explore those exciting possibilities with you. And when we find the right fit, I will smoothly navigate you through the buying or selling process. I'll even make extra effort to see that you have a little fun along the way.
