🚨 SOUTH CAROLINA LEGAL UPDATE: DUI + LEAVING THE SCENE

A Berkeley County sheriff’s deputy was struck by a vehicle while working a traffic detail in Summerville. Authorities allege the driver left the scene before being stopped by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The driver reportedly faces charges including DUI and leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury.

A 17-year-old Massachusetts teen is facing two murder charges following the deaths of his mother and 14-year-old brother.

According to authorities, investigators allege the teen had recently displayed concerning behavior, including using the internet and ChatGPT to explore theoretical ideas or “fantasies” involving the deaths of family members.

Police found the two victims inside their home after the teen’s father reported being unable to reach his family. Authorities allege the teen fled in his mother’s vehicle and was located the following morning.

⚖️ Strom Law Firm is investigating potential claims involving ChatGPT and alleged harms associated with interactions with the platform.
