Real estate isn’t just transactions- it’s chapters of people’s lives. And I’ve been honored to be part of a few truly meaningful ones. Two separate buyers at separate times came to me from out West with a dream of planting roots in South Carolina. 🏡 I loved every moment of helping them find just the right homes.

There are headlines/clickbait AND there are data and reality. ⚖️ You will see slight ups and downs, but generally in the South, home prices are holding quite steady. No need to worry about your home’s value in a “crash.” Homeowners (potential sellers) are still in a strong position AND opportunities are available for homebuyers.
