Hey friends! I see some fresh faces lurking around here, so let’s do this the right way with a proper (and slightly unfiltered) intro!
I’m Jina St James, born with a comeback for everything and a passion for turning chaos into closed deals. My work base is Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas ☀️🏔️, and I’ve been running the real estate game for over 15 years 🏡💼. I’m married to my ride-or-die for over 23 years (yes, he deserves a trophy 🏆), and together we’ve got six amazing kids;(three boys and three girls — aka Team St James: full contact edition 🥊👨👩👧👦.
I’m a straight shooter who loves to laugh till it hurts 😂, soak up that Colorado sunshine 🌞, and shamelessly people-watch like it’s my side hustle 👀. And let’s be real, if I’m leaving the house, a caffeinated drink is coming with me ☕⚡. No exceptions.
I’m also that mom who’s equal parts “get your life together” 📅 and “just wing it and pray for the best” 🙏. The real zoo at my house? That’s run by a bearded dragon 🦎 (who definitely believes he’s a dragon) 🐉, some badass-level axolotls 🐟✨, and our Frenchton named Rubble 🐶👑, Frenchie Named Nyla, who’s 100% convinced they are the CEO’s of this operation. Honestly, I’m not arguing with them. My playlist is a chaotic masterpiece 🎶🔥 from old-school hip-hop to country, and yes, I absolutely have professional-level squirrel brain 🐿️💥.
