🏡 It’s OK to talk to a Realtor before you’re ready to buy or sell a home. In fact, I encourage it.

YES—it’s absolutely OK to call a Realtor before you’re actually ready to move.

Because here’s the thing…

Real estate decisions don’t have to begin with a FOR SALE sign or a pre-approval letter. They can begin with a conversation. 💬

Some of the best relationships I have with clients started months—or even years—before they bought or sold a home.

Sometimes the conversation is simply:

🏔️ Could we afford to move to Colorado Springs?
🔑 What could we buy in Monument and Colorado Springs at our budget?
💰 How much equity do we have in our current home?
🏡 Should we renovate or move?
📆 What would we need to do if we wanted to sell next year?
🤔 Is now even the right time for us?

You don’t need to have everything figured out before talking to me. Helping you figure it out is part of my job.

What a privilege it is. 🤍

What a privilege it is to hand someone the keys to a home they worked years to afford.

To hear, “We never thought we could do this,” and eventually get to say, “Welcome home.”

To walk through an empty house while children race from room to room deciding which one will be theirs. 🏡

To help a family find the place where birthdays will be celebrated, puppies will be brought home, holidays will be hosted, ordinary Tuesday nights will happen, and years of memories will quietly be made.

And sometimes, to help someone say goodbye to a home that holds decades of those memories as they begin a new chapter.

Real estate involves contracts, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, marketing and numbers. I take every one of those responsibilities seriously.

But behind every transaction is a person. A family. A story. A change in someone’s life.

That is the part of being a Realtor I never want to take for granted.

I’m a Realtor, not an influencer. 😉

But if you see me filming a Reel, taking photos, talking to a camera in the middle of a neighborhood, or getting way too excited about good lighting…I show up online so I can sell homes offline.🏡

The goal isn’t more followers.
It’s more eyeballs on my listings.

I don’t care nearly as much about whether a Reel goes viral as I do about whether the right buyer sees your home.

My aesthetic? Whatever helps tell the story of your property, creates an emotional connection and makes someone stop scrolling long enough to think, “Wait… could I live there?”

I track listing views, inquiries, showings, feedback and offers—not likes.

And while social media is an incredibly powerful marketing tool, relationships will always matter more to me than reach.

Because my job isn’t content creation.

My job is helping my sellers position their homes strategically, market them exceptionally, negotiate intelligently and ultimately get them SOLD.

The work that matters happens offline—in kitchens and living rooms, at showings and inspections, around negotiation tables, and ultimately at the closing table. 🔑

⁉️To me, it means asking the hard questions before we list.

👀It means walking through your home with a buyer’s eyes—not just an agent’s.

📷It means investing in professional photography because first impressions happen online.

💵It means pricing based on market data, not emotion.

💹It means negotiating every detail of the contract—not just the sales price.

😔It means giving honest feedback after every showing, even when it’s difficult to hear.

📍And it means staying involved all the way through closing because there are dozens of moving pieces that deserve careful attention.

Selling a home isn’t just about putting it on the MLS. It’s about creating a strategy that gives you the best opportunity to maximize your home’s value while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
