One of my favorite things about living in Colorado Springs… A weekend like this can be just an hour and half drive away. This weekend, I made the short drive to see my girl in Boulder. She’s a senior at CU Boulder this year, so I’m trying to soak up these weekends with her while I can. Side note: I genuinely can’t believe we are here, Senior year. She makes me so incredibly proud!

From Colorado Springs, Boulder is about an hour and a half northwest, making it such an easy little getaway.

Boulder has so much to explore. Endless hiking trails, mountain biking, the CU campus (and all the fun local events that come with living in a college town), amazing local restaurants, cute coffee shops, local boutiques, and plenty of little mountain towns nearby where you can just hop in the car, drive through the mountains, and enjoy the moment.

Just another weekend in Colorado and one I’m especially grateful for.

The small wins that reminded me why I love real estate.

This past week looked like a friend closing on her dream property and getting an incredible deal. A 1st time homebuyer finally saying, “Okay, let’s do this,” and taking that first step toward homeownership. An offer accepted for my buyer with the terms they were most comfortable with.

And somewhere in between contracts, calls, negotiations, and all the moving pieces… a quick hike just 10 minutes from my office. A little fresh air and perspective. A reminder to step away, clear my head, and enjoy the life I’m working so hard to build.

These moments may seem small, but they’re the ones that make me stop and say, God, You have been so good to me.

I’m incredibly grateful for the way He has blessed this business… not just with opportunities, but with people I get to serve. Families who trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Clients who started as clients and somehow became friends, and in some cases, family.
