It's been a long week already and it's only Monday! Lol
Buyer agency contract signed yesterday, UNDER CONTRACT on a home today! Whew, that was fast.
Plus, a new luxury listing in the Pinons of Turkey Canon Ranch as well as a listing in Lorson Ranch coming later this month.
And last but not least, another buyer contract. It was a busy, busy Monday!

I have been asked several times what I do when I'm not busy with real estate. Like realtors aren't busy all the time!!! LOL
Well, when I do have a little time to myself, which isn't often, I like to bake and make jams. I also like to participate in vendor fairs where I get a chance to sell my goodies and meet lots of wonderful people.
And it just so happens, this coming Saturday, November 22nd, I will be participating in a annual Holiday Craft Fair at Sand Creek High School in Colorado Springs. This event is going to be amazing. There will be over 160 unique vendors selling their products. So if you have nothing to do this weekend, come on over and start your Holiday Shopping.
