Thank You July for being so HOT!!! 🥵 Temperature wise…some days were scorching hot! I thought I was going to pass out! But as usual I’m always talking about real estate one way or another! July had some really Amazing(hot) deals out there for all of my July buyers!! And there was a LOT of inventory! You hear people say that a lot! And you can look at the stats all you want, but let me tell you…the “a lot” part hits different when you are out there looking at ALL of it!! Some Long days in the Heat! What a blessing for my buyers though. So many options and opportunities! We don’t rush! We will find the perfect home for you!
➡️What did I do to stay cool and keep the energy up.. drank lots of cold tea! 😂
➡️I think I hit a record this month for the number of showings I did! That just fuels me to break my own record for August showings! I’m ready!! Let’s go Buyers! I’ve got you!! Just let me drink some cold tea first…

Big closing day today for one of my Veteran clients!!
We were just blessed the entire way through!
*️⃣the lender was able to qualify my buyer with a VA loan without having to sell his other house first! That was such a blessing for him to be able to stay put while his new house was being built.
*️⃣ the builder was an absolute delight to work with!! I will tell anyone who will listen that the sales team was Amazing!! And the design center.. oh my… that was some professionalism on another level!! 😉
*️⃣ the sweetest part of the story- the completion date for the home was going to be around the first week in August, but my Buyer’s birthday is the last week of July so we asked the builder if there was any way he could be moved in before his birthday so that he could celebrate his birthday in his new home… and the builder delivered!!!! 🥳
*️⃣  while we waited for the home to be completed we meticulously planned every detail of the birthday party! So closing today and birthday party the last week of July!
And of course I will be there celebrating him!!

I help organize Property Tours for Remax Properties!! And even though I’m one of the most organized people you will ever meet 😉 that’s not why I do it!! As a Realtor I stay focused on the end goal of helping my clients to the absolute best of my ability! Whether it’s helping them buy or sell a home…Anything new learned is always an asset. In an industry that is extremely competitive I choose collaborating and helping one another!

It's time for our next RMP Home Tour!

Join us Thursday, July 16th, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM as we showcase beautiful homes in the 80918 and 80920 areas of central Colorado Springs.

Have a listing you'd like to feature? This is your opportunity to put your property in front of your fellow RMP agents and gain valuable exposure.

This tour isn't just for the listing agents...we encourage everyone to attend! You never know when you'll have a buyer looking in these neighborhoods, and there's no better way to become familiar with the inventory than seeing it firsthand.

Come support your fellow agents, preview what's on the market, and gain valuable insight into these areas.

Tour Guidelines

1. If you would like to feature a listing in 80918 or 80920, please submit your property no later than Friday, July 10th, at 5:00 PM.

2. A minimum of three (3) properties is required for the tour. The tour will be capped at six (6) properties.

3. Listings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, while also considering the most efficient tour route. Submission timestamps are captured automatically.

4. Selected listings will be confirmed by Monday, July 13th, at 5:00 PM.

5. A standardized feedback form will be provided to all participating listing agents. Listing agents are responsible for printing and placing the feedback forms at their properties. We plan to spend approximately 15–20 minutes at each home.

6. The final tour route and property addresses will be distributed the day before the tour. We will meet at 10:00 AM at the first property.

✨ Please remember the Golden Rule: If you'd like your listings featured on future tours, please support your fellow agents by attending theirs! (If you're hosting a property, we understand you may need to leave early to prepare for showings, but we encourage you to rejoin the tour whenever possible.)

The Aspen Acres Fire 🔥 Grows to more than 73,000 acres

Praying 🙏🏻 Aspen Acres Fire still burning with no containment. Over 47,000 Acres… structures burned… so many displaced… ash falling from the sky here in Colorado Springs!

CUSTER COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) - The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) has ordered mandatory evacuations due to the "Aspen Acres" fire, which is

 ‼️PUEBLO COUNTY, AND SURROUNDING AREAS‼️
📢 Over 4,000 people have been evacuated, along with most of their animals!

📢With permission from the owners of CaTs Pourhouse, Tim and Coleen Guidry, the restaurant is accepting donations of the following supplies to support the firefighters, first responders and any families that are being displaced, due to the Aspen Acres Fire:

-Bottled water
-Electrolyte drinks (e.g., Gatorade)
-Beef jerky
-Protein bars
-Trail mix
-Baby wipes (for quick cleanups)
-Body/foot powder or diaper rash ointment (to prevent chafing)
-Lip balm.
