1. Get a Comparative Market Analysis (price range est.) to determine best market price. Prepared by Realtor.
2. Get a house pre-inspection done by a licensed contractor. Realtor can schedule.
3. Prepare a Property Disclosure Form; provided by Realtor.
4. Clear out all clutter and clean the house.
5. Make any necessary repairs to structure, appliances, walls, windows. Paint where necessary.
6. Prepare the outside of the house for a great curbside appeal.
7. Check for any outstanding liens.
