🛍️Black Friday isn't just for scoring deals on vacuums, and blenders. Deals can be found in real estate, too - but you gotta know where (and how) to find them.
Ahead of the big day, here are 5 tips to help you navigate the November market to snag the home of your dreams.🏡💭
1) Research, research, research: Scout out neighborhoods, check property listings, and familiarize yourself with market trends. Take note of properties that have been on the market for longer than 4-6 weeks, have had one or more price reductions, or have expired — all potential clues the sellers are motivated.
