A few years back I was blessed to help them find this home 🏡
When seasons changed, as they regularly do, and it was time for these guys to move back to their home state I was once again blessed to help them get it sold.
This was a great home for my friends and I’m hoping it’ll be a great home for its new owners!

Some people make an impact in this world, not loudly, not with fan fare or recognition, but with quite actions of love that easily get overlooked. Jim and his wife are those people.
Jim and his wife have raised 8 kids… 4 of which are not their bio children. That says so much! And when his parents both passed, it was Jim who steeped in to get their house fixed and ready to sell (and it Needed fixing!!!). Even with all that stress Jim was never anything but kind.
This process (probate, rehabbing the house, etc) took about 1.5 years… and finally we’re closed! Congratulations Jim. Im so happy for you!!! I hope you feel the weight of this whole thing being lifted off your shoulders!

A big congratulations to this amazing couple on buying their first home!!!
The moment they walked in to this house 🏡 I knew (by the looks on their faces) this was the one. We toured a few more that day but nothing compared 😍
As you could imagine there was nervousness every step of the way until, as you can see by those smiles, there was only joy 🤩

I met this young couple at the gym years ago. As time went on we kept bumping into each other at coffee shops and struck up a friendship.

When the time came for them to explore buying their first home, I was so glad they asked me to help! Now things just didn’t come together overnight, we actually saw a house last year and then they had to put their plans on hold, it wasn’t the right time. But we stayed connected, kept frequenting the same coffee shops, kept having conversations.

Fast forward to last week when we finally closed on their first home! 🏡 Im so thankful for these two and hope this home provides them with amazing memories! Here’s to a brand new season of life! CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🍾

Congratulations to this young couple who just closed on their first home 🏡 together!

Some deals are smooth and some… some are like driving through the worst potholed streets in Colorado Springs… this was one of those bumpy rides.

thankfully, we had an amazing Lender and an amazing realtor on the other side who were willing to navigate through the challenges and make things work. we’re not just negotiators in this business we’re solution finders. I’m thankfully we were able to find solutions to the challenges we had!
