The first step is to go to your county's website. Next, locate your county's appeal documents by typing "appeal" in the search bar. If you are in El Paso County, you can find the forms here: https://assessor.elpasoco.com/appeals-process-notice-valuation/ This should provide you with all of the information you are going to need to fill out.

The most important information you will need is a CMA from your current market. Today, until June 5th, I'm offering a complimentary valuation of your home through resources in our firm and our refined form to easily compare your home's value to those most similar in your area.
