The first step is to go to your county's website. Next, locate your county's appeal documents by typing "appeal" in the search bar. If you are in El Paso County, you can find the forms here: https://assessor.elpasoco.com/appeals-process-notice-valuation/ This should provide you with all of the information you are going to need to fill out.
