🏡 FROM DIRT TO DONE — TIMES TWO! 🎉

Congratulations to my newest investor and welcome to Banning Lewis Ranch! 🙌

He knew exactly what he wanted — two Alpine homes, each with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and the layout he loved. We worked together to make the numbers right while getting both homes loaded with appliances, blinds, and more, all at a great price. 💰🏡

Shoutout to my amazing lender for the great rate and to his Realtor partner for helping make this happen! 🤝

These homes were built from the dirt up, and I kept him updated with weekly videos throughout the entire process. 🔨➡️🏡

Seeing his reaction today made it all worth it. This wasn’t his first rodeo as an investor, and I’m proud we delivered an experience he loved.

One of the best parts about working at Oakwood Homes is the people you get to do it with! Bringing all of our Colorado teams together for a night at Game Show Battle Rooms was seriously SO much fun! 😂🔥

It was like The Price Is Right meets Wheel of Fortune meets Jeopardy — all rolled into one! 🎡💰🧠

Beyond the competition, it was an awesome opportunity to build relationships, bond with coworkers, laugh together, and just enjoy each other outside of the everyday sales environment.
