MY HISTORIC MOMENT: I GOT THE KEY TO THE CITY: On Saturday, July 5, 2025, I received the highest honor that I could have ever earned or dreamed of. I was so nervous with anticipation that I was speechless. It was truly unforgettable! In front of a house filled with elected officials including the Chair of the Fulton County Commission, Honorable Jamelle McKenzie, Mayor Pro Tem of the City of College Park presented me with the KEY TO THE CITY — one of the highest honors bestowed by the City of College Park. With a legacy that dates back to the 1800’s, the city has seen generations of leadership. Yet, I am only the 2nd person to receive the Key and the first Black Man in the City’s history to ever receive this prestigious recognition. WOW!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Mayor Pro Tem McKenzie for this honor. I still have tears of joy in my eyes as I’m typing this!!! All praises are due to God!!! Check out the video below
