Preparing Your Home to Sell:

Decide what to fix or upgrade.
You will Make home improvements to add value to your home.
You will Increase your curb appeal from the street to the backyard.
Declutter and stage inside and outside to prepare your home for photos and showings.
Marketing Your Home:
Agent Debra Williamson will decide what marketing tactics to use.
She will take great photos of your home, inside and out, help declutter, and help stage for the sale.
She'll Advertise your listing and give it maximum exposure online.
Showing Your Home:
Debra will Organize your showing schedule
She will Develop a safety and security plan for your showings (&)
Schedule, organize, and advertise your home.
Debra will gather & share feedback from visitors and put that to use for future showings.
Negotiating Process:

Debra will request to see a potential buyer's pre-qualified or pre-approved letter from a lender.
She will help in reviewing the contracts. After that, you can accept a final offer. Debra will prepare to work with the buyer's inspector and appraiser.
The Final Steps/ Preclosing:

Schedule your closing with a real estate attorney or title company who will review all of the paperwork.
