Ok folks... we are only 3 weeks away from all the fun and adventure of the Great Silver Strike event at Sabine Crossing. Silver has been found in the area and looks like folks are about to get RICH! More miners have continued to arrive in the area and have staked out claims to start their mines. If you desire to get rich, make sure to stake your claim as soon as you arrive in town. A new Assay Office has opened up in town to test your ore so you can trade hard rocks for cold cash! New mining Companies have came to town and are hiring workers every day. Silver and cash seem to appear everywhere in town.
Dont miss this fun and exciting weekend , starting at 5pm on Friday September 18th and goes through Sunday morning September 20th. Any first time guest who have not pre-registered, let us know so we can send out a visitor packet to you. The weekend event fee of $65 ($75 for couples) which will be paid upon arrival goes to cover all your meals for the weekend.
We are excited and looking forward to seeing everyone there.

The miners have already started coming into town and found a job in the mines due to the silver strike. Every one of them have dreams of riches from pulling the ore out of the ground. Can they keep what they find? Will the neer do wells in the area take it all from them? We wait and see.....
The town of Sabine Crossing is now getting a facelift from the money streaming into town. Business owners are painting and remodeling. Folks finally taking an interest in the towns appearance. Come visit us. You may get rich,... you may get robbed. Lots can happen in Sabine Crossing. Can you survive a weekend in a rough and tumble old west town? EVENT NOTICE: SABINE SILVER STRIKE

We will be having our next event on the weekend of September 18, 19, and 20. This is event is for PARTICIPANTS ONLY. No spectators or drop in visitors. Event fee is $60 PER PERSON or $75 PER COUPLE or family member. This fee covers the cost of all meals which will be served during the weekend. Fee will be paid in cash upon arrival unless other arrangements are made.
Event will begin at 5pm on Friday Sept. 18th and go until Sunday morning on the 20th. Please arrive early if at all possible so the check in process can be done smoothly. ALL participants MUST go through the Fi****ms Check and Safety Meeting prior to entering the town.
All people who plan on attending this event MUST send us a private message with the names of those coming by September 11th so arrangments can be made. Sleeping quarters are at a premium so beds are first come first serve. All first time attendees must let us know which member is sponsoring them so they can attend. If you do not have a Pre-registration Form, please let us know so we can send you one ahead of time so you can have it completed upon your arrival. When sending in your message that you will attend, please let us know the name of the character you will be portraying on Friday evening, so you can receive your mail. No name means no mail. No mail means you receive no money for the weekend.
As always, NO ALCOHOL OR LIVE AMMUNITION ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

We would like to extend our appreciation out to everyone who has shown an interest in our old west town, Sabine Crossing. We usually mention all of the new followers on our page, but over the past 2 weeks we have gotten over 100 new followers. So...from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.
We focus on life in an 1880s frontier town, which very well could have been in the Neutral Strip of western Louisiana. We hold private events several times a years to try our best to step back into a simpler, but more adventurous time period. We try our best to dress as acurate to the time period as we can, and try to keep the Hollywood versions away. It is photographs like this, that we attempt to look like.
