Showing New Construction homes today! So fun, but buyers have so many options it can be overwhelming! What upgrades do we get? Do we need the extra bonus room? Which lot is best for us? Do we need a fire place? Is that back yard big enough for us?

And finally….

Should we put the microwave in the pantry or in the kitchen? 😄😄😄

Today I showed another Veteran a home! I close on VA loans more than any other type and consider it an honor to help our fellow veterans in their home search! I am now at a local coffee shop helping a different veteran and his family find the perfect place!

I know it’s not Veterans Day but I don’t think we can say thank you enough!! I truly love helping our Veterans and no one would be prouder than my own grandfather who fought and was wounded in WW2. He received a Purple Heart after being shot in his leg while crawling under a tank! He was hospitalized over seas and then was taken by ship back to the United States. When he got there they were shocked to find out he had gangrene in his wound which caused him to have to be hospitalized for much longer and undergo surgery again. All the while my grandmother was at home with their first baby awaiting his return! I wish I could tell him how I get to serve the veterans in our nation, but I think He is watching!
