Mortgage rates continue to trend downward, bringing optimism for both new buyers and current homeowners. As rates fall, more homeowners now have the opportunity to refinance and save.

👉 In fact, refinance applications made up nearly 47% of all mortgage applications — the highest level since October.
📉 ¡Las tasas hipotecarias siguen bajando!

Las tasas de interés continúan con una tendencia a la baja, trayendo optimismo tanto para nuevos compradores como para dueños actuales. Con la caída de tasas, cada vez más propietarios tienen la oportunidad de refinanciar y ahorrar.
