The Brevard County residential market kicked off 2026 with a slight slowdown compared to this time last year — but steady and balanced overall.

Here’s a quick snapshot:

🔹 Fewer homes closed
🔹 Cash sales declined
🔹 New pending sales and new listings dipped modestly
🔹 Home prices softened slightly
🔹 Inventory decreased, giving buyers a few fewer options
🔹 Traditional sales were down
